Running in Uruguay

🇬🇧

Uruguay has been a great place to run during the Christmas holiday. Punta del Este does not look like South America at all, with its fancy buildings and atmosphere, but it does provide a great environment to run. Montevideo as well, with its own “rambla” (a sidewalk that mark all the coastline from the city center to Pocitos) offers a great track.

In Punta del Este many tourist are working out at beach (one of my run was on sand as well, barefoot) whereas in Montevideo you can find many other runners exercising on la rambla. In any case all these 3 runs were really nice and Julie tagged along one of them as well! Brava!

Brava!
